I have been practising Yoga since 1999. After initially taking up yoga for the physical benefits, I have found that over the years yoga has helped me to find balance and harmony both physically and emotionally.
My interest in yoga continues to develop and grow. I decided to become a teacher in the hope that I can pass these wonderful benefits on to others. I teach a general hatha yoga practise, taking influence from a number of different yoga styles.
