Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy yoga helps to mentally and physically support women during pregnancy, boosting energy and relieving stress. 

It gives women space to connect with their changing bodies as well as to the baby they are nurturing. 

It teaches breathing techniques that can be employed in labour and offers an important opportunity to relax.

Katyoga currently offers one to one pregnancy sessions or private group tuition. A new course at St. Michael and All Angels, SW13 will begin in 2010.
